Varsha Forgings, an ISO/TS – 16949 certified company, caters to the forging needs of various automotive and other industries in India. It is engaged in manufacture of closed die carbon and alloy steel forgings; and supplies raw forgings as well as machined forgings to OEMs and others. Manufacturing facilities include a battery of belt drop hammers ranging from 0.75-3.00 MT capacity which produce forgings in the 0.50-20 kg weight range. This hammer shop is adequately supported by in-house cutting shop, full fledged die shop and tool room, heat treatment shop, shot blasting equipment, Magnaflux machines for crack detection and machine shop for machining of forgings up to CNC turned stage. The plant has an installed capacity to produce 4500 MT of forgings per year. Product range comprises of axle parts, clutch parts, differential parts, engine parts, varieties of gears, propeller shafts, steering parts, suspensions parts and all types of profile and round patterns. Main customers include Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Eicher Motors, Man Force Trucks, Force Motors, Piaggio, Greaves, Premier Ltd, Tata Hendrickson, Cararro group, ZF Steering. We are in the process of adding new customers like Mahindra Navistar, American Axles, Bajaj Auto and so on. The company is in the process of setting up a second plant with state-of-the-art forging presses and latest CNC shop. This plant will have an installed forging capacity of approx 10,000 MT per year. This plant is being set up as a joint venture with a leading American forging company and will cater to overseas customers besides ever growing domestic customer base.
