The company is specialised in supplying custom forgings to major industries such as medium and heavy engineering, machine tools, transmission couplings, aerospace, nuclear power, gears and gearboxes and special purpose machine manufacturers. The company also supplies corrosion resistant steel and aluminium alloy forgings for naval applications. The forgings are produced in a variety of materials and are tailored to each customers’ speci?c needs. Rachamallu Forgings Pvt Ltd was established by a technocrat entrepreneur during the year 1983 to cater the requirements of the engineering industry in and around Hyderabad. Today the company is one of the leading manufacturers of aerospace quality forgings in steel and aluminium alloy for defence and space applications. An integrated unit equipped with pneumatic power hammers, hydraulic presses, heat treatment furnaces and inspection and testing facilities to qualify the forgings as per stringent quality requirements of customer to national, international and aerospace standards. The manufacturing capacity of the plant is 1000 MT of steel forgings and 200 MT of aluminium alloy forgings per annum. The company is actively engaged in indigenisation and development of high strength aluminium alloy forgings for both ISRO and DRDO projects for the last 23 years.
