Forgings

Semco Forge offers Forgings. These are technically superior quality forgings available both in rough and machined conditions. These are closed die forging weighing from 250 gm to 30 kg. They are made up of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel. These forgings are used in various industries & sectors like marine, material handling, automotive, building, bulk-handling industries, etc. The forge shop is equipped with branded friction drop hammers, screw forging presses and modern tool room equipped with latest EDM machines, vertical machining centres, CNC turning centres and other allied machinery like conventional milling machines, turning machines, slotting machines, plano millers, grinding machines, etc. The other product available is CNC machining, upset forging with a maximum shaft dia of 100 mm.
