Forgings

GANM (India) Impex is the exporting company for a syndicate of manufacturing units producing various engineering components. The company offers a range of ferrous and non-ferrous forgings and components. Ferrous: all grades of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel; process used – open forging and closed die forging; and weight range – 500 gm to 75 kg for closed die forging and up to 2000 kg for open forging. Non ferrous forgings: aluminium and copper alloys (brass, bronze, etc); process used – closed die forging; weight range – aluminium up to 1 kg and copper up to 5 kg; and products range – building hardware, electrical fittings, auto parts, air conditioning equipment parts, etc. Components: auto and tractor parts, viz., crown wheel/pinion, arm steering lever, bearing housing, cam shaft, crank shaft, connecting rod, tie rod end, fork, spider cross, universal joint cross, gears, etc; flanges, viz., blind, welding neck, slip on welding and socket welding with pressure rating 150 PSI to 5000 PSI; and also forged fittings, i.e., tees and elbows, hand tools and garden tools, machinery parts, etc. Any component can be made as per customer's specifications, drawings or samples, even in small quantities.
