Forged components

Rajkot-based Steel Forge offers a range of castings and forgings. The company"s range of products includes: cylinder liners, sleeves, engine valves, valve guides, gudgeon pins, engine bearings, gasket, rubber parts for stationary diesel engines, tractors and automotive applications. Also a range of agricultural implements, development of special agricultural tools which involves forgings, fabrication and other process like heat treatment, etc, viz, cultivator knife, tiller tine, rotovator blade, etc. It capacity is as follows: i) Casting: grey cast iron in grade FG-20 and FG-25 - weight 200 gm to 150 kg; SG iron in different grade like 600/3,400/12, etc, weight 200 gm to 150 kg; non-ferrous castings of brass, bronze and aluminium 100 gm to 10 kg; ii) Investment casting in mild steel, alloy steel and SS steel weight 40 gm to 800 gm; and iii) Forging - die forging facility from 200 gm to 20 kg, job in mild steel and alloy steel.
