Ramkrishna Forgings Limited (RKFL) offers a range of Forged Products. These forgings are available up to 150 kg/330 lbs in weight, as forged heat treated conditions. The company possesses state-of-the-art air hammers (Huta Zygmunt make, 16000 B series). It also has one upsetter and press line of National (USA) make to undertake critical forging. The installed capacity is 90,000 MT. Ramkrishna Forgings Limited, founded in the year 1981, is a supplier to various sectors in domestic and overseas markets – a critical safety item supplier for screw coupling, bolster suspension, side frame keys and draw gear assembly for railway coaches and wagon. The company, having received the NABL accreditation in 2011, is also certified in terms of TS 16949, OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and is a manufacturer and supplier of open and closed die forgings of carbon and alloy steel, micro alloy steel and stainless steel forgings, which can be supplied in as forged + heat treated + machined and fully assembled condition as per the customer’s requirement.
