Forged Components

Lava Forge offers Forged Components. These are precision forged components. The components are supplied as forged, heat treated, and in partially or fully machined condition. The forged components are available from materials like MS, SS, EN, brass, aluminium or any other materials of Indian or international standards. The different stages of production processes like visual examination and spark testing of raw material, chemical, metallurgical and physical testing, heat treatment, hardness and doing normalising, annealing, hardening, tempering, solution annealing, isothermal annealing, shot blasting, visual inspection for scale pit, folds, unfeeling and dimensional inspection and packing inspection, etc. They have vast applications in diverse areas: fasteners, textile components, automobile components, electrical components and electrical insulators, diesel engine parts, submersible pumps, gears, engine valve and industrial valves, machine tools components and other critical components of small and long sizes as per customer needs. The company also offers open forgings, close die forgings and forging dies.
