Shiv Shakti Metal, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, is a high end technological foundry for precision Ferrous Castings for industrial and automotive applications. The company has planned a production facility with an installed capacity of 150 metric tonnes/month and is the 5th plant in India with installation of the latest casting technology of low pressure moulding line from Darpa 450. It facility of core making comprises cold box, CFM make compactor 30 hp, size 400 x 500 x 200 mm (max) - 30 kg; multiple core box machine 550 x 500 x 200 mm; and testing facility - chemical (with CE Metar) and mechanical testing lab for metal and sand and micrometer slide (1/100), and Pro-Metal 3.3.1 image analysis system. The company is setting up a new production infrastructure with a vision to ensure maximum value addition to customers by supplying quality casting products on time using high end technology. This approach will have focus on customers’ productivity and profitability with accuracy, precision and quality castings. It caters to the high end casting technological solutions for various business verticals including industrial, automotive and other specific industrial needs.
