Shakti Rubber Industries offers a range of Elastomeric Extrusion Sections. These include: silicon in pharma grade profile; sponge gasket; silicon sheet; cord; transparent tube; corona treated sleeve; tube; section profile; cable insulated sleeve; rubber strip; silicon braided tube; high temperature silicon products; food grade profile; door gasket, etc. The company manufactures elastomeric and reinforced elastomeric extrusions for applications such as gasketing, weather stripping, dust sealing, heat absorption, vibration absorption, compression, sound proofing, tubing and O Ring cord, etc. It manufactures extrusions up to five metres in a straight line as well as more than five metres in coil form. The company uses non-toxic raw materials, which can withstand temperatures between 50°C to 300°C. Applications: oven, autoclave, automobile, door guards, electric panel, industrial use to textile dyeing and printing, water plant, power plant, furniture for sealing purpose, etc. Customerised products are also manufactured as per design/drawing/samples.
