Promptech Pressure Die Cast India has established a pressure die casting facility with a machine shop, equipped with CNC turning and machining centres. The quality system is certified for ISO 9001:2000 by RWTUV in September 2003. A qualified and experienced team of engineers ensures manufacture of high quality components: aluminium die castings, ferrous/non-ferrous machined components and sub assemblies. This newly started pressure die casting unit is situated in Coimbatore, initially started with a 250-tonne HMT pressure die casting machine with necessary equipment for making single aluminium components up to 1.5 kg, with machining as per customer design. The range of products includes: aluminium die cast components; CNC turned and machined – ferrous and non-ferrous components machined to any magnitude; precision and sub assemblies; fabricated and machining components; thread rolling components; and automat and Weiler components with necessary coatings as per customers’ requirements. The company is in the process of setting up a sophisticated facility to manufacture gravity die casting components and pressure die casting components in the near future.
