Sargam Diecasting, a TS-16949 and ISO-14000 certified company, offers a range of Diecast Components for automotive and engineering industries. This includes engine components, brake system, gearbox assembly parts, water and oil pump assembly components, power train and transmission components for automobile and other industries. Established in 1968, the company is south India's oldest aluminum alloy manufacturer and diecaster with production of 6000 tonnes of various aluminum alloys per annum. Customers include leading automotive and auto-component industries. It manufactures aluminum alloys and high pressure diecastings from automatic machines. The manufacturing facilities include: in-house CNC machining facilities – HMC, VMC and turning centres; assembly and finishing facilities; co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) from TESA; radiography equipment from YXLON, Germany; and vision inspection and spectrograph.
