D B Forgings (P) Ltd is a recognised and an established organisation in the field of Close Die Forging. The organisation dates back to its foundation five years back. The organisation is a result of past 25 years experience of promoters in machining of automotive precision parts and specially steering and suspension parts. With an installed annual capacity of 5000 tones of steel forgings, the company is equipped with closed die forgings hammers, temperature controlled furnaces, in-house die making facilities, heat treatment facilities like ISO thermal normalising cum hardening tempering furnaces, shot blasting, etc. The products range includes: forgings for automobiles, transmission gears, drop forging (close die) from 0.250 gm to 20 kg; forged and machined components for heavy commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles; flanges in MS and stainless steel; drop arms; agriculture equipment forgings; and customised forgings as per drawings, stub axles, shafts, shifter forks, etc.
