Spread across three places at Pune and at one at Rudrapur, the product range of the company comprises four-cylinder bore block, three-cylinder bore block, cylinder head, gearbox housing, rocker shaft housing, valve body, differential casing, axle casing, transmission case, motor housing and lift body housing. With a capacity to mould 140,000-tonnes of grey and ductile iron castings per year, the company lays much emphasis on quality. Catering to clients like Tata Motors, Husco, Dana, Spicer, John Deere, JCB and Mahindra, the cylinder bore block the company manufactures makes an integral part of an internal combustion engine. It consists of an integrated structure comprising cylinders of a reciprocating engine and often some or all of their associated surrounding structures like coolant passages, intake and exhaust passages, ports, and crankcase.
