Connecting Rod Forgings

Adigo Forge is part of the Adico-Galaxy Group, which comprises 22 companies, including Amul Industries. Adigo Forge manufactures connecting rod forgings for application in internal combustion engines. Pre-cut steel billets are heated in induction heaters for minimal loss of heat and controlled heat parameters. The connecting rod forgings are made at a well equipped manufacturing infrastructure of the company that is made up of forging presses that can produce parts that weigh from 0.6 kg to 3 kg, and measure as much as 100 mm in diameter and 300 mm in length. The connecting rod forgings are a result for much emphasis on quality. The company ensures better control over dimensions, better forging, better grain flow, and better weight control. Proper processes, effective die designs and flexible production capabilities have enabled the company to produce small lot sizes economically.
