Cold forged parts

Aqua Mech Engineers offers Cold forged parts in small (up to 150 gm) components made from alloy steel, mild steel and brass. Compared to hot forging, cold forging offers many advantages like better finish repetitive accuracy, greater strength, wear resistance and longer life. It can eliminate a lot of machining and offers consistent and identical contours throughout the batch. Cold forging gives uniform grain flow structure, which results in higher strength and durability. The manufacturer produces a range of components like valve-seat, valve-spring retainer, valve-cup, tappet, special nut, lever, small gear shaft, flange, bush, bearing cup, shell, universal joint yoke, propeller shaft-end and high tensile special fasteners. Parts can be developed where the requirement is more than 10000 (qty) from MS, alloy steel, SS or brass and aluminium, etc. Cold forged parts find application in textile, automobile, diesel engine and generator industries.
