Cold Chamber Pressure Die Casting Machines

Supermech offers cold chamber pressure die casting machines to produce castings of non-ferrous alloys such as aluminium, zinc, and brass. The die mounting plattens are made from special alloy steel castings which enhance the life and strength of the machine. The company makes these machines in the range of 80 to 250 tonne locking force and casting capacity from 620 g to 3.5 kg of aluminium per shot. These machines are most suitable for mass production of automobile, electrical, electronics, toys, measuring instruments and hardware components. Marketed under the brandname Rapid, these machines are provided with piston type accumulators for best injection stroke, an automatic unloading valve and a heat exchanger to save oil from heating. Safety controls have been provided for oil heating and motor overloading. Moulds of other conventional standard machines can be loaded on these machines without any alteration. Running cost is low due to very rare recharging of nitrogen gas in the accumulator (for a minimum of 5 years, there is no need for recharging nitrogen gas, due to R&D achievements in accumulator designing). Although the machine requires hardly any maintenance, the company offers interchangeable spares ex-stock. Regular model of the machine consists of semiautomatic and manual operation capability.
