CI Castings

Makro Cast is a fully mechanised foundry manufacturing CI castings with production capacities of 9000 tpa. Vast industry experience has enabled the company build a product mix of complex designs. International product standards are adapted to the ISO quality specifications. Core strengths: product design team supported by in-house pattern shop to develop patterns as per the customer dimensional specs; high end cylinder liners like hardened, thin walled and wet cylinder liners which meets the quality specifications of OEMs; and highly vigilant quality systems monitoring each stage of process. Applications: castings are inputs to many diverse core sector industries; and the industry range cater to comprises: compressor components, automotive components, locomotive components, cylinder liners, fuel injection pump bodies, polymer insulator end fittings, hydraulic valve components, wheel clamps, etc. Product range: 0.200 kg to 25 kg; and products covering a wide range of material specifications conforming to BIS/ASTM/BS/DIN/SAE/JIS/EN.
