Castings, Grey/Ductile Iron

Grey and ductile iron castings are manufactured in the following grades: Cast iron ? CI Gr. 20, CI Gr. 25, CI Gr. 30; SG iron/ductile iron ? 400/12, 500/7, 550/6, 600/3, 700/2; and Ni-hard ? Type I, Type II, Type III, Type IV. These are manufactured according to the following standards: EN, ASTM (AISI), DIN, BIS, IS and BS. The range by weight is up to 120 kg single piece in machine moulding, and by size, up to 600 (L) x 500 (B) x 300 (H) mm. These castings may be supplied as rough castings or finish machined. Technocast Foundry is an ISO 9001:2000 certified (by TUV) company specialising in the manufacture and supply of grey and ductile iron castings. The production capacity is 600 tonnes per month, with spare capacity of 250 tonnes per month. These are also exported to USA, UK, Spain, the Netherlands, Singapore, UAE, Australia and Lebanon.
