Ahmedabad Engineers offers a wide range of Castings as per customers’ specifications and drawings in the various specifications. The range includes: Hi-chrome castings for horizontal impactor crushers like – block liners, blow bars, wall liners, impact blade, etc; and NI-hard grade I to IV, Mn steel (all grades), stainless and heat resistant steel (all grades), NI-resist and any other specifications. The weight range offer is between 1 kg to 500 kg, single piece. All these castings are manufactured in modern equipments like: induction furnace with strict quality controls has chemical and mechanical laboratories along with shell moulding facilities to get close tolerance in the castings.
