Ruckmangad Jewellery Castings, Design & Engineering have put up investment casting plant to cater the need of precise small industrial component parts required in brass, copper, silver. The company manufactures some industrial parts, which have application in engine, automobile, special purpose machines, pumps, etc. It also has a facility of electroplating for components at a larger scale for rhodium plating, silver plating and gold plating. The company is equipped with a facility of CAD/CAM to ensure precise design and tolerances required for final excellent finish. The flask capacity at present is 4” x 7”; however for bigger jobs, it has infrastructure to update as per customers’ requirements. The installed capacity of the plant is 3 kg per day.
