Adhir Technocast (P) Ltd, one of the premier foundries in India, produces high quality SG iron (nodular cast iron or ductile iron) Castings for customers around the world. The company is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, melting shop, moulding shop, core shop, fettling and grinding facility and chemical plus physical laboratory to cast and test components with stringent metallurgical and quality requirements. It is engaged in aluminium and graded CI casting production business since 1990 and it has now extended its foundry business skills and expertise in SG iron. With an installed annual production capacity of 2200 MT, the company has capacity to cast a single component weight range from 1 lb (0.5 kg) to 650 lbs (300 kg). The product range includes castings for: automobile industry; engineering industry; valve body; gearbox and bearing housings; textile, food processing, agriculture and sugar industries machinery; and power transmission and switchgear industries.
