H T M Alloys offers a range of Castings in all popular grades of steel and alloy steel. The company has following facilities/services available at its plant: steel melting shop (induction furnace for casting = 2), electro slag refining process for e-fine material, and heat treatment shop. CNC and VMV machining: machine shop (proof and finish machining facility), shot blasting machines (for high quality surface finish), physical testing lab (to test/control mechanical properties), chemical testing lab (to test/control chemical properties/compositions), ultrasonic testing (non destructive testing which will be carried out by well qualified person). Quality certification: the company has quality management system to achieve best quality products and time management for better results.
