Castings

Aqua Alloys manufactures wear, abrasion, corrosion and heat resistant castings for the following major industries: cement, mining, mineral beneficiary and metallurgy. These include: impactor crusher - blow bar with high chrome iron, side wear plates with high chrome iron, impact arm plain carbon steel; cone crusher - bowl liner with austenitic manganese steel, mantle liner - austenitic manganese steel; gyratory crusher - concave liner with austenitic manganese steel, wing shield austenitic manganese steel, hopper liner austenitic manganese steel; pan conveyors, pan castings (austenitic manganese steel), scud liner (high chrome iron); and rolls for rolling mills in steel plants.
