Castings for Pumps, Valves, etc. are available from Hi-Tech Investment Castings Ltd. It manufactures and supplies high quality investment (lost wax) castings in all types of ferrous and non-ferrous material specifications conforming to Indian as well as international specifications. It has capacity to manufacture all types of casting from few grams to 60 kg per piece with maximum size of 650 mm. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and full-fledged laboratory set up, the organisation is having in house heat treatment plant and CNC facilities consisting CNC vertical milling machine and spark erosion machine for tool making CNC turn mill centre for machining. It is now escalating its production capacity from 250 to 400 TPA with advanced technology by adding more CNC machines, wax injection press and melting furnace.
