The casting dies are used for hot chamber, pressure die casting dies for cold chamber, vertical plastic moulds, horizontal plastic moulds and investment casting dies. The scope includes automobile parts, pneumatic parts, electrical parts and all types of EDMs, CNCs, lathe and milling production works. The company uses all the great modeling software, which are used for designing of dies and products. Software like Solidworks, Mastercam, Autocad, Ideas and more are used. The machining part of dies is done on CNC milling (Feller), EDM wirecut (Charmillies) and CNC lathe. The company makes fully hardened and ground dies, die inserts are vacuum hardened and plasma nitrated.
