Casting Washing And Cleaning Machine

Acme Tools offers a Casting Washing/Cleaning Machine. This is a unique station for internal cleaning of 4 cylinder heads. After shakeout, parts are transferred over a conveyor and loaded in a cage adjoining mechanism, tilted and put under pressurised water jet. Water at a certain pressure is injected through a port opening. Two parts can be loaded to double the output. Water with solvent runs through water jacket cavities and takes away the left out sand. A special filter arrangement takes care to stop the sand from mixing in solvent.
