Bakelite Moulding Machine, 150 T

H J Engineers New Hira make Bakelite Moulding Machine, 150 Tonnes. This is a single ram cylinder and two-in-one type press. There are two up-stroke hydraulic presses on a common platform with a common power pack and separate electrical control panel. The twin model presses consist of 2 identical upstroke single day light column presses with counter platen. The presses have microprocessor based PLC control panel system. Each press has its own manifold block mounted on it with solenoid operated control valves. Each press consists of single acting up-stroking main ram attached to the moving platen. This press is designed with fast opening and closing system for high production. Two separate double acting auxiliary cylinders are mounted below the moving platen for fast approach and fast opening of the press. Apart from the above the PLC has a provision to set the moving platen for bumping operation and air release before starting of main curing operation. Standard features: press frame – the press has column design with good factor of safety to withstand continuous load for trouble free operation; the pillar bushes are fitted with wiper seals to ensure retaining of lubricating oil in the guide bushes and resist entry of any dirt in guiding area; the main cylinders are made out of rolled steel; the main pressing ram is made out of pre-harden alloy EN 9 forging in the solid steel, ground and hard chrome plated; the power pack consists of fixed delivery, radial piston pump and vane coupled to a flanged motor; the valves are fitted on standard manifold block to ensure leak free operation and easy accessibility; and the pumps are fitted with adequate size electric motor for operating through a network of switch starters, etc., suitable for 440 V, 3-phase, 50 cycles supply. Accessories: bottom platen moving out and hydraulic ejector can be provided as per requirement of the customer.
