They also manufacture automotive forged components like rocker arms, spindles, connecting rods, cross rods, tie rods, ball joint, rack end, gear blanks, pitman arms, lower arms, lay shaft, drive shaft, propeller shaft, intermediate shaft, crown wheel, pinions, axle gears, gears, levers, housing, bearing bush, hubs, caps, forks, spiders, UJ cross, yoke, chock body, spider arms, etc. Such forged components have applications in automobile engines: HCV, MCV, ICV, SUV; off road engines - excavators, dozers, road roller, loaders, tractors, bus, trucks, rail road, marine engine; and defence vehicle parts, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, etc. The plant has the facilities and arrangements of forge shop, die shop, machine shop, heat treatment unit, shot blasting unit, testing laboratory, and computerised management. They can take up the development and manufacturing of automotive forged components as per drawing, specification, and sample of customers and material of MS, SS, EN, brass or aluminium in Indian or international standards.
