Automatic Stamping And Casting Unit

Wagner Maschinenfabriken Holding GmbH has developed a new stamping automatic unit with a rated press force of 8,000 kN and transverse spindle drive for stamping and recasting of tapes 800 mm wide and 6 mm thick. The hydraulically operated coupling and brake unit lying externally is arranged on the fast moving drive shaft. A double wheel gear ensures synchronous energy transfer. The stamping and recasting unit is provided with a NC-roller apparatus and an NC-3D-transfer unit. The table and pestle have dimensions of 4,000 x 1,600 mm. The fixed ram stroke is 500 mm. The pestle shift amounts to 300 mm.
