Shiv Shakti Metal, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, manufactures a complete spectrum of Castings – ductile iron (SG) and grey iron (CI) castings for the diversified industries. The company has evolved to become a high end technological foundry – a ferrous foundry and a reputed production house for precision castings, ferrous castings and machined castings. It has planned a new production facility with an installed capacity of 150 metric tonnes/month. This is the fifth plant in India with installation of the latest casting technology of low pressure moulding line from Darpa 450. The company also aspires to cater to the technically challenging needs of clients who also aspire for high end casting technological solutions for various business verticals including industrial, automotive and other specific industrial needs. In this efforts it is facilitated by Gujarat’s first high pressure horizontal parted flask less moulding line from Koyo, Japan. Testing facility includes chemical (with CE METAR) and mechanical testing lab for metal and sand.
