Mohammedali Mansoorali, the pioneer founder of the company established the business in Bombay in 1913. The company was initially established under the name of Mohammedali Mansoorali & Sons which traded in china silk cloth and other embroidery work. The company was well known for its timely service and qualitative goods. Indian workmanship was very skilled in many areas and also very competitive in international market. The clients in African Countries needed other products in terms of small machines and other tools also from india. The company augmented and a separate division of exports, under the banner of Maharaja Export Corporation was established in 1971.

Product includes a wide range of industrial and small scale industries including packaging machines for any kind of packing industry, biscuit and confectionery plant, rubber re-threading plant, automatic form, filling and sealing machines, candy wrapping machines, footwear making plant, machines for printing industry, plastic blow and injection moulding machine, paper corrugating plant and many more.
