Krishna Agencies & Services Co was started by Krishna M. Padegal in 1982. Mr.Padegal was educated in India and Canada and worked in Canada and USA for about 12 years. After his return to India this company was started. Since Mr.Padegal’s background was in Control and Instrumentaiton, he statrted his business with companies offering specialized instrumentation for wind tunnel, gas turbine etc.,

Later on, he acquired Representation of MDS Aero Support Corporation, Canada which has expertise in the design and turnkey supply of Test Beds for Industrial, Marine Gas Turbines and Aero Engine test beds.

The recent addition to the company is ReACT Technologies Inc, (Real-time Automation, Control and Testing) is a Canadian corporation founded in 1991 by the management and most of the employees of DSMA Systems Engineering Group (a business unit within the internationally renowned wind tunnel design company DSMA-International). The company's primary business is in wind tunnels design, integration and maintenance services.

KASC has established very well with DRDO Labs such as National Aerospace Lab, Gas Turbine Research Establishment, Defense Research and Development Labs, Indian Space Research Organization and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd etc.

While dealing with Indian Space Research Organization and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, KASC learnt the application of composites and special metals and sought representation from Ferro Corporation, USA and worked in India for them until Ferro was bought over.

Currently this company is supplying specialized instrumentation and motion control products to NAL, GTRE, IITs, Indian Institute of Science, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Gas Turbine Research Establishment, Defense Research and Development Labs, Indian Space Organization etc.
