Promoters have very profound experience in the steel sector, came from companies like Ispat Group, which is a leading manufacturer of raw steel and finished steel products. Company currently has main operations in trading and service in the metals which prominently includes iron and steel. The Steel wire & fasteners industry is poised for fast growth with the increase in demand for consumer appliances and automobiles in the Indian market. India is also the emerging centre for global production of the small car. To capture the growing demand in the market for steel wires & fasteners, Company planned to set up a steel wire and fasteners manufacturing unit at Jejuri, District: Pune. Pune region is hub of automotive manufacturing and also construction industry is flourishing in the region due to industrial corridor covering Mumbai-Pune- Nashik triangle.
