The year 1981 witnessed the birth of Hydrokrimp in India, as a leader in production of hydraulic hose assemblies & fittings at its modern plant at Jamshedpur in Eastern India and subsequently spread its wings to Central India, establishing a Modern Assembly Plant, at Raipur (M.P.) in mid '95. Enriched with over a decade's experience in the trade of dealing in High Pressure Hose Assembly through its erstwhile Trading Concern, M/s. Giriraj Agarwala Agencies was founded by Mr. B. L. Agarwala and Mr. P. K. Saraogi in the year 1967 in Calcutta, the group entered into manufacturing activity for " High Pressure Hose Assemblies " in early 80's with a view to providing better services to its valued customers.

Wedded to the "Concept of Quality" Since its inception, the group could position its brand -'HYDROKRIMP' for 'Hose Assembly' as the most sought after brand and established a strong presence in the user sector for Underground Mines and Industrial Applications and also for use by OEM of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery. 1997 had been a year of consolidation and recognition. During this year the company was awarded with the certificate of registration under ISO 9002 by NQA - QSR, accredited by RvC. Certification as an ISO 9002 Company serves as a testimony of its commitment to Quality. "At present Mr. B. L. Agarwala, the Managing Director / CEO, regulates its works at Jamshedpur and Mr. P. K. Saraogi, Director looks after the corporate office in Calcutta."
