Govik started importing pressboards from world leader in Transformer boards M/s. Weidmann, Switzerland for manufacturing best quality components in India. Govik developed the Insulation Kits for the first time in India in 1992 for Transformer Insulations for use in Locomotive Transformers so that the process cycle time of winding and assembly of Transformers can be reduced substantially. These Insulation Kit are very Economical and Ready-To- Use products reducing the cost of procurements, lead-time , transport and production. Govik sets up a most modern factory to manufacture quality components in Mahape , Navi Mumbai with extensive support of M/s.WEIDMANN. This Facility started on 19th May,1997 with the processing capacity of 500 tons per annum.The company is managed by Skilled professional , having experience of 15 years in manufacturing components for Electrical Industries.
