Ltd; 14/7 Mathura Road, Faridabad, was established in the year 1981. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of various types of Steel Wires. Present production capacity of wire is 3000 M/T per month. The wire manufactured in our unit are mainly supplied to the customers those who are supplying wire components mainly Automobile and Fasteners Industries like Hero Honda, Maruti, General Motors, Honda Cars, Tata Automobiles, Bajaj, TVS, Mohindra etc. The work force of our Unit is approximately 100 members. The company has the capability to draw the material from 1.5 MM to 30 MM. The company has obtained the Certificate of TUV Rheinland Group. We have good infrastructure for drawing of wires of various sizes with very good Phosphate surface finish, excellent mechanical and metallurgical properties in Coil-to Coil & Coil to Bar. Manufacturing process includes acid pickling, phosphating plant, 15 Nos of Wire Drawing machines coil to coil (Range 1.5 MM – 30 MM) 4 Nos of Annealing Furnace of 1.5 / 3.5 M/T each capacity with controlled Atmosphere, Coil to Bar Straightening and Cutting machines for Straight bar, etc.
