The company named Capital Transformer was established in the year 1992 under the dynamic leadership of Sh. J.M. Goyal. The unit was established in the Industrial Township of Delhi, manufacturing Power and Distribution Transformer to cater the high demand of erstwhile DVB. The company since its incorporation which started at a very low level and with the small infrastructure aroused to a very high level in terms of productivity/quality and established itself in the field of Distribution & Power Transformers in various boards like DVB, HSEB, PSEB, UPSEB, NDPL, BSES, REL, AVVNL, JVVNL, JdVVNL and other government and private utilities. The company initially commenced its operations in the year 1992 in a small workshop and has over the years acquired considerable skill & strength in design and manufacturing of transformers.
