In 1982 the company was incorporated under the Company Act 1956 as Singhal Paints Private Limited. As part of its expansion and improvement plans the organization has shifted its works from its factory in Aishbagh to a new modern and more efficient plant in Amausi industrial area in Lucknow in 2012.
