Wire Mesh Welding Machine

Wire mesh welder is designed for economical manufacture of welded steel wire fabric for general use, confirming to I.S. Specification 1566/4948 as per the welding range specified. The wires for the mesh can be cold drawn. The application of high current and high forging pressure under precise control of special welding controller and a PLC based sequence controller results in high quality electro forged weld joints that meet the highest standards.

The machine is suitable for 24 hours producing wire mesh in coil form. The machine as a standard is available in two basic sizes, 8 feet & 6 feet widths. Each of these models is flexible and are of modular design. The number of pressure heads, number of wires grippers, capacity of welding transformers can be easily changed depending on specific requirements at the time of order. All parameters like wire pressure, current and time are easily adjustable and this makes the machine perfectly suitable for, construction mesh, and commercial mesh & poultry applications. The machine can be easily adjusted to get various cross wire and long wire pitch.

The controls are done with the help of programmable logic controller. The PLC has also got an alphanumeric display, which announces different fault conditions like over temperature, no water flow, wire-dropping fault etc. It also will be displaying weld counter & be programmed for batch jobs.
