Wire cage welding machine

Technique, manufacturers of butt, spot, seam, arc and custom made welding machines, offers a multi spot welding machine for welding cylindrical cages from wires. The machine is most suitable for manufacturing cages of reinforcement element of dust collectors in pollution control equipment, guard cages for machinery, etc. The machine works on resistance spot welding principle and can achieve 8 to 20 spots in one stroke. The independent current distribution for each spot guarantees each spot of excellent strength. Axial feed can be adjusted from 100 mm (minimum), to 350 mm (maximum). The machines can be offered for minimum dia cylinder of 100 mm and max dia cylinder of 400 mm. Radial rings can be round, geometric to suit number of wires, or star as per the customers" design, can be accommodated by changing the electrode design. The machine works on 400 V, 1-phase, 50 Hz input supply and demands 60 kVA for wires up to 4 mm dia.
