Wire Butt Welder

Kritonics is original equipment manufacturer of whole range of wire butt welding machines suitable to weld ferrous and non-ferrous wire and strips. These wire welders are elegantly designed with automatic upset butt welding machines. The operation is so simple that unskilled personnel find it easy to use and get a perfect weld. A wide range of wires can be welded without changing any die. The machine designed on movable platen travels on parallel guide, frictionless movement, automatic alignment of wire, etc, and a precision spring action on this movable platten provides forging pressure. The adjustable pressure can be set as per the size of wire diameter. Spring loaded copper alloy clamps are provided for clamping of wire individual foot pedel for quick acting design. Other features: special, precision, V-grooves for different wire sizes with accurate alignment made by wear resisting copper alloy; separate annealing electrodes for annealing the wire pre-heat or welded zone of the wire; automatic weld current cut off; weld current selection and initiation; and construction in aluminium casting body, mounted on wheeled trolley with pedel operation with elegent designed. Different models are available for different sizes and material welding.
