Welding Torch

It is light and easy to handle at heavy currents for long periods. The construction is robust and is an excellent electrical insulation against high frequency currents. The capacity of the torch is 600 AC or DC, for intermittent work and 300 AC for continuous welding. The welding cable is water-cooled and carried in two arms of the water circulation system. Thus a relatively small cross section flexible copper conductor may conduct heavy currents to the torch head. Water-cooling also enables the weight of metal in the torch and cable to be considerably reduced, thus increasing flexibility and reducing operator fatigue. The small cap is provided for access into difficult position. The current-carrying parts of the torch and cable too can be considerably reduced, thus increasing flexibility and reducing operator fatigue. The models available are WC/600, G/300, WC/400, GC/200, WC/210 and GC/100. The torch is useful in the welding of critical alloys in a restricted space. It can be manufactured according to the customer?s needs.
