Welding Equipment

Met-Weld offers a wide range of Welding Equipment in various models. The equipment consists of: thyristorised power source; carriage mounted/boom mounted welding head; control panel; inter connection, 10 mtr long; and a set of spanners. Optional: rotators (fix/self-centring); rotator's capacity 2-tonnes to 600-tonnes; column boom; welding positioner; welding platform; and accessories and consumables. Welding head (wire feeder): four alloy steel rolls driven hardened case; quick changeover of spool; thyristorised DC drive permanent magnet motor to maintain constant speed of trolley as well wire feeder; and all controls of power source voltage setting, wire feeder motor speed, carriage motor speed, reverse/forward operations provides on control panel for easy access. Power source: constant voltage/current power; thyristorised controlled; fitted with amps and volt meter on control panel; remote control facility provided; and due to built-in voltage stabilising facility no effect of input supply fluctuation on wire feed motor speed and output voltage. The company, established in the year 1982 by an entrepreneur trading in welding consumables and welding equipments since 1969, is managed by well-qualified and experienced persons. It has diversified into various products and set up a manufacturing unit for various types of welding equipments.
