Welding Electrodes

Agarwal & Company (Mfg Div) has introduced several types of welding electrodes. Supersparc E-6013 is a medium coated electrode approved by ISI and Directorate of Steam Boilers. Supersparc- 1 E-6013 is a medium heavy coated electrode. Supersparc-2 E-6013 is a heavy coated electrode. Supersparc- 1 and 2 electrodes are of radiographic quality, which are under testing with ISI and IBR. Supersparc-18 E-7018 is an iron powder, low hydrogen type electrode that gives radiographic quality welds. A versatile electrode in its Class, it is approved by the Directorate of Steam Boilers and is under testing with ISI. Agarwal's welding electrodes are characterised by smooth well rippled weld beads, excellent mechanical properties and self-peeling slag. The company is planning to introduce in the near future cast iron machinable and non-machinable stainless steel and hardfacing types of welding electrodes.
