Welding Cables

Fleetweld welding cables find application in major industries such as fabrication, automobiles, mining industries, lifts and all major industrial consumers. The raw materials used for manufacturing cables meet with the rigid tests and checked at every manufacturing stage to ensure that these cables conform to the national and international standards. High conductivity electrolytic grade bare copper and aluminium conductors, annealed and bunched together for high flexibility, are used. Polyester film is provided over the conductor. The tough rubber sheathed (TRS) compound is impervious to oil, grease, water etc. The most modern state-of-the-art equipments are installed to get smooth and consistent finish throughout the length of the cables. Normally welding electrode manufacturers do not manufacture welding cables but, at Fleetweld, the company has its own manufacturing division for welding cables. It manufactures tough rubber sheathed welding cables as per IS -9857/1990 of 100, 150, 230, 400 and 600 A capacity both in copper and aluminium conductors.
