Abicor Binzel Technoweld Pvt Ltd offers an electronic gas saving Welding Regulator, Model Regula EWR. The Regula EWR can do more than just saving gas. The gas flow is regulated automatically and synchronously with the welding current during the entire welding process.
Abicor Binzel Technoweld Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alexander Binzel Schweisstechnik GmbH & Co KG, Germany. This company was set up in 1999 at Pune in Maharashtra state with a view to offering locally manufactured Binzel products and Technical support to the Indian customer. - Extremely fast gas valve that opens and closes even at very short welding stops
- Pulsed gas allows more reduction of gas flow depending on the possibility for trimming "programming" with unchanged high gas protection
- Elimination of gas puffs as a side effect of the above methods
- Better seam quality, especially during arc start period
- The EWR works with 2-6 bar incoming pressure – so it can be used in some cases directly on the gas supply system (pipe system) without a pressure reducer (not on bottle)
- The EWR can show leakage in the system by using the display on the EWR PRO
- The EWR can show problems in outgoing gas supply after the EWR (for example: drilled gas hose to the wire feeder)
- The EWR can show problems with incoming gas in the line before the EWR
