Welding Headstock and Tail stock Positioners

Jana Precision Machines offers Welding Headstock and Tail stock Positioners. The Headstock are power driven unit equipped with geared motor that offer index locking ensuring safety to the user during welding operation. The rotation speed is smooth and consistent ensuring good weld quality and ready for automated welding process. The system's positive gearing system ensures minimum backlash. The Tailstock are similar to the Headstock but without powered drive on the table-top. The table top is provided 4 or 8 T-Slots for mounting of jawed chucks. A complete line of dependable Headstock and Tailstock positioners designed for heavy duty production cycles with close tolerance repeatability and high capacity loads. Our positioners provide smooth horizontal rotation for large weldments in maximum lengths to allow optimum access for accurate welding. Engineered for strength, safety and reliability. Positioners are built in a rigid, box type structural design and available in multiple size configurations to fit every application.
