Welding head manipulator, type UM-BST

Uniweld Productions (India) offers a welding head manipulator, Type UM-BST. Column and boom type torch manipulators are built in rigid construction and are primarily used for linear positioning of welding torches and light welding heads. Type UM-BST consists of a continuous adjustable boom. In normal cases the operation of transverse movement of boom takes place with a hand operated worm gear pair. Both adjustments could be made available, as required with geared motor for a constant or adjustable feed. The boom consists of: base plate with 3 adjustable support bolts; column with guide beads and racks, lifting carriage with free float roller bearing and drive with worm gear pair with hand wheel or with geared motor; boom with guide beads and racks, carrier with free float roller bearing, drive with worm gear pair with hand wheel or with hand wheel or with geared motor; manual slide for torch fine adjustment; and torch clamping device ? 38 mm.
