Welding Fixture For Ss Buckets

Santec Hydrofluid Engineers have designed and manufactured a special welding fixture especially for stainless steel buckets. The machine is highly useful and gives fine welding that cannot be judged by human eyes, after polishing the surface. The machine is hydraulic based, very compact and requires very less floor space. The clamping of SS sheet is done with the help of eight hydraulic cylinders actuated with the help of two foot switches and a separate cylinder carrying the welding nozzle welds both ends of the sheet very accurately. The machine is widely accepted by SS bucket manufacturers in northern India.
