Weldkit is a general purpose medium coated rutile AC/DC electrode, suitable for truck frames, bodies, steel structures, tanks, mobile construction equipment, railway wagons, ships pipe lines, bridges, etc. The electrode is characterised by stable and smooth arc, low spatter, good deslagging flat finely rippled and even bead. The weld deposit possesses good mechanical properties. Precautions: store the electrode at dry place; and re-dry the electrode at 150°C for one hour before use.
